Shipping and Delivery System

Free delivery in Hong Kong for orders over HK$400, delivered to your doorstep within 2 days!

Dependent on stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory quantities on our website, there may be instances where we are unable to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order at checkout. The payment for shipping fees will be collected at the time of purchase.

This price will be the final cost for customer transportation.

3. Delivery Terms

Generally, local/domestic shipments take 2-3 days for delivery.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within one business day after payment is made. If the order is completed during a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Our warehouse operates during standard working hours from Monday to Friday, during which the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we will take measures to minimize delays in shipment.

3.3 Postal Box Delivery

We are unable to provide this service using courier services.

3.4 Military Address Shipping

We are unable to provide courier services to these locations.

3.5 Exceeding Delivery Time

4. Damaged Packages in Transit

If you discover that a package has been damaged during transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service and take the necessary steps.

5. Duties and Taxes

5.1 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be required to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and JASMED GARDEN LTD. encourages you to understand these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay the import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, the goods will be returned to JASMED GARDEN LTD., and the costs will be borne by the customer. The customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the return shipping fees. The initial shipping fees will not be refunded.

6. Order Cancellation

If you change your mind before receiving the order, we can accept order cancellation at any time before the order is dispatched.
